About Me

Hi! I'm Amira Hamilton, a 2d Effects Animator and Storyboarder based out of Savannah, Georgia.  Here you'll find a collection of my most recent art and personal projects. As a Black American and Queer artist, I strive to be a role model and create media that I would've wanted to see as child. Media with faces of all shades for children and you adults worldwide.

I am deeply inspired by comics, anime, and Black American film. Growing up watching Inuyasha and Trigun with my father. Reading old comics at the library with my mother, and exploring the black community in my hometown of Tampa, Fl in its food, music, and other live art. I've had the deep privilege to explore the arts and use this to create and form my ideas.
